A day trip to the Stockholm Countryside
- Rent a car from a local (insured and secure) or from Avis
- Take the E18 west. Set the GPS to 59.66696, 17.44379 to get to Sussis gårdsbageri, a small bakery in the countryside, forty minutes from Stockholm city.
- From there you can take a walk or go by car to Hjälstaviken, a paradise for bird lovers where ornithologists (and birds) gather to see many of the common or not so common Swedish birds.
