Fjärdhundraland as well. for. has been granted project support within the Rural Program for the project New collaborations on locally produced food in Uppland. The project is carried out in close collaboration with other actors in local food: Farmer's Food in Uppland, Taste in Västmanland and the REKO rings in Enköping and Uppsala. We have also explored interest in Sörmland's Food Cluster and Roslagsmat.
The purpose of the project is to bring together several local food artisans/food producers to jointly implement a network meeting for interested food artisans, and information activities about local foods during a food market on Garden Day in Enköping. The project wants to give more consumers the opportunity to find nicely produced and good local food.
