Summer and vacation, we want to go to the countryside! Here's what's happening this summer in Fjärdhundraland, a convenient distance from Stockholm, Uppsala and Västerås, but also worth the trip.
Welcome to an introduction to sourdough baking! During half a day we will go through the basics of sourdough baking so that you can bake simple breads with sourdough at home. Simplified, we will go through all the steps from putting your sourdough to baking a loaf. You will each make a dough and learn the folding method.

For 2.5 hours we learn about raw materials, techniques and tools. We roll and bake, drink coffee and let the butter melt on the freshly baked bread.
