Mälby garden grows vegetables and root vegetables outdoors, according to organic principles, and sells in its farm shop. Since the mid-70s, no spraying or artificial fertilizers have been used.
There are also thirty bee colonies on the farm. The main part of the honey harvest comes from clover, linden, raspberry and rapeseed.
Sales take place mainly in the own farm shop.
