At Franzén's charcuterie, Kristofer Franzén makes artisanal sausages and other charcuterie. Much is air-dried but there are also a lot of different fresh sausages, liver pate and other specialties in the range. Everything comes from pigs who have lived a good life outdoors with a lot of roaring in large pastures.
