Day trip in Fjärdhundraland.
Guided tour of Enköping's parks. The tour goes through some of the many parks and the guide talks about plants, design and the characteristics of the different locations. The tour ends in Drömparken, created by Piet Oudolf, a world-famous gardener known for his spectacular compositions of tall and colorful perennials.
Lunch will be served at Restaurang Park Astoria in the center of Enköping, alternatively at Ekolsund Inn.
After lunch - Ekolsund Castle. The castle is the only privately owned royal castle in our country. The most famous lord of the castle is King Gustav III, who received the castle as a godfather gift. Ekolsund Palace was Gustav III's home during the reign of the Crown Prince. The opportunity to live here in seclusion made King Gustav III a great lover of Ekolsund.
