We harvest the perennial vegetables that grow among trees and bushes. Along with summer vegetables and edible flowers, we will prepare several different dishes and eat our way through the flavors while receiving a lecture on permaculture.
Today's menu is prepared but will be shaped by our imagination with what we find in the country.
Vegetarian.
We harvest and cook the food on a rotating basis if the weather is nice.
In case of rain, we harvest everything at once and then go inside under cover.
Toilets are available.
Wheelchair can go around the crops, cooking area must be arranged for wheelchair so important that you notify me in advance.
