On April 4, we proudly welcome Tobias Andersson MatiFocus, to Hornudden - a passionate chef with a unique sense of ingredients and taste experiences. With experience from some of Sweden's most exciting kitchens and a creativity that makes flavors take off, he takes over the pots for an evening filled with gastronomic magic. Tobias works with the best seasonal ingredients and has a special ability to let each ingredient speak for itself. This evening, you'll be treated to a thoughtful menu where primers and local flavors take center stage, accompanied by carefully selected drinks. We already know that it will be an unforgettable experience!
During Tobias' time with Edsbacka Bistro, we had the privilege of supplying vegetables from start to finish. We have also followed Tobias during his chef journey in Strängnäs even before he took over the bistro. In 2024, we had the pleasure of working together several times and this year we already have several more occasions planned. Take the chance now when you can and book your table to experience Tobias cooking with our ingredients. As usual, a collaboration on several levels, we harvest vegetables and put out the nets to get pike-perch and then Tobias "cooks" the menu together with Oskar who has an eye on what we have to offer in terms of raw materials.
