Maria Mickelsbacka shares her 40 years of experience with natural and anti-inflammatory food! Come to Herresta Lada and take a deep dive into the art of anti-inflammatory cooking.
This time, we're making natural sweets and desserts that satisfy our sweet tooth. No regular sugar, we sweeten with honey and dried fruit. Different tastes, textures and flavors make it all exciting and delicious!
The course is suitable for ANYONE who wants to learn more about the anti-inflammatory lifestyle and food. Beginners as well as more experienced.
All cooking takes place in the large common dining room/kitchen with several kitchen islands where we can work in smaller groups with responsibility for different recipes. We serve a buffet of the goodies and have coffee together at the end.

About Maria
Maria is a certified dietician and specializes in anti-inflammatory diets. She herself had hormonal imbalances in her 20s, which led to unexplained weight gain and loss of menstruation. This opened the door to natural diet and nutrition that healed the problems in 6 months.
Today, she meets with students and clients who have various symptoms of inflammation in the body and teaches them to change their diet and lifestyle.
Maria's focus is always to strengthen and eat more of what reduces inflammation instead of getting stuck in everything you can't eat. It gives great results with symptom relief and healing from within. That's what she wishes for everyone.
