A stone's throw from the church in idyllic Härnevi you will find Marta-Lena and Eva's ceramics workshop and shop. The shop offers ceramics in all possible shapes and colors, utility items and art objects in different firing techniques such as raku, soot firing and regular glaze firing.
Marta-Lena and Eva are mother and daughter. Eva Selgeryd jokingly calls herself an apprentice and makes utility items and the small tiled stoves for burning candles, which have become something of her signature.
Mother Marta-Lena Malmström has been an active ceramist since 1973 and has an extensive list of training and exhibitions. She has a fondness for turning in stoneware and porcelain clay and a great passion for crystal glazes.
The ceramics workshop in Härnevi is located on a farm where Eva also runs a business with Icelandic horses. Härnevi cat sanctuary.
