Just south of Järlåsa, not far from Strandsjön, is Lilla bageriet in Balsbo. There, Astrid and Brittmarie mainly bake sourdough bread, but also alternate with buns and other sweet breads. "The most delicious baguette I have ever eaten" wrote a satisfied customer the other week.
Brittmarie and Astrid are mother and daughter with a shared passion and knowledge of baking. So far, the bread is sold at REKO rings in the local area and by pre-booking on social media. Check out the range to get something good for the weekend!
