There are excursion destinations, and then there are excursion destinations... In the Rickebasta alpine marsh, the humidity and constant twilight are reminiscent of a tropical mangrove swamp. Old alder trees stand on stilts in the wet. Ferns, freckles and lush mosses cover the ground.
Put on your rubber boots and don't forget the mosquito repellent if you want to take a trip far beyond the ordinary! In the marsh, there are no trails or landscaped amenities, it's just you and nature.
