The cattle farm is a well-preserved farmhouse where we can see how life happened in the early 19th century. Bend your neck, because you take a step into a time when the threshold was high, the door post was low, the farm's only cow was small and the pig lived in a cubicle smaller than your TV.
How is it that this old farm remains and has not been fixed and expanded like all other farms? Well, here lived Lotta Lundevall, who took over the farm in 1864 after her father and saw no reason to rebuild and rebuild.
At her death in 1926, the farm was as it had been almost a hundred years earlier and already unique. Southwest Upplands hometown gille took over and preserved the farm. Today, the farm is owned by Upplands fornminnesförening.
The farm consists of about ten houses, built in the late 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century.
