Mälby garden grows vegetables and root vegetables in the open air, according to organic-biological principles. Since the mid-70s, no use of spraying or fertilizer has taken place.
There are also thirty bee colonies on the farm. The main part of the honey harvest comes from clover, linden, raspberry and rapeseed.
Sales take place mainly in the own farm shop.
