Linda and Torbjörn run a small-scale farm with biodiversity and climate benefits at the center. The focus is on old cultural varieties such as Dala country wheat, dinkel and gray pea. The products are sold under the name Jädra Bra Mat and are organically certified according to KRAV and the EU.
With many different crops and old Swedish varieties that adapt to local conditions, biodiversity increases. The species-rich pastures are grazed by cows, sheep and horses, and Linda and Torbjörn have restored an old meadow with lots of hazel bushes from the 1940s. You can buy bread baked with cultural cereals from Jädra prästgård at Sara's Bread, which also sells flour for those who want to bake themselves. All the different products from Jädra Bra Mat can be purchased at various REKO rings, including at Landsberga farm shop, Kvarnnibble Butik och Musteri and Österby farm shop and in the farm's own small shop.
