The old station house cannot be missed, as it is located in the middle of Grillby, right next to the railway. It is now home to Tantverket, a group of women with handicrafts as a common interest. It is a meeting point and meeting place, but also a living workshop and, not least, a second-hand shop. Often you can also buy jam, juice, home-baked coffee bread and, in season, vegetables, mushrooms and plants.
Sometimes craft courses are organised, for example felting, learning carding and spinning or perhaps casting in concrete. Within the Tantverket there is a wide and solid know-how of craftsmanship that is happy to share.
