The Fjärdhundraland trail is our cycle route through the core of our area. The first stage, at 38 km, goes between Fjärdhundra and Örsundsbro, on nice roads with good opportunities for breaks for coffee break, detours or a dip. You also have close proximity to several other destinations in Fjärdhundraland, so that you can use the trail as a base for your own route.
The trail is mostly on asphalt, but also has a few kilometers on lightly cycled dirt road. If you want 100% asphalt there is one alternative route here.

The trail starts and ends at a bus stop. You can bring your bike on board on the buses subject to location - bus 804 to Örsundsbro and 225 to Fjärdhundra.
From Uppsala you can cycle "C55" on the old embankment to Örsundsbro or choose your own road in the countryside east of road 55, for example via Wik's castle.
From Västerås you can take the road via Tortuna towards Kärsta / Bred and follow the signs towards Fjärdhundra just after Sagån.
From Stockholm you can take the bike on the commuter train towards Bålsta and take the small roads via Hjälsta to Örsundsbro 25 km. If you want a longer ride there are nice roads from Kungsängen.
