On Good Friday, we serve a 3-course dinner inspired by the flavors of Easter and all the signs of spring we can find in the greenhouses and garden.

Starter
"Spring on a plate"
Eggs, asparagus, nettles and garden treats Hot dish
Easter lamb with wild garlic, lamb gravy, potato cake and spring greens
Vegetarian option:
Cultured porridge (kornotto) on Sörmländ grain, with nettles, firthorn cheese and other signs of spring.
Dessert
Dessert with rose quince cheesecake, curd and almond crumble
On Easter Sunday, April 20, we will serve this year's Easter lunch in the restaurant.
Our concept means that you choose whether you want to eat two or three courses. You can choose it here on site. We serve the same starter to everyone and also the same dessert, but always have 3-4 different main courses to choose from.
Appetizer:
Toast Hornudden: Roasted sourdough focaccia with smoked char, red onion, herbs etc. Hot dishes to choose from:
Slow-cooked lamb shank, hazelnut potatoes and freshly harvested vegetables Skrei, beluga lentils with yellow beet, cider sauce and greens from the greenhouses
Spinach formato with lighthouse cheese, salsa verde and sourdough bread
Dessert: Dessert buffet with mixed petit fours
