With wonderful views of the lake and direct access to the water, you are guaranteed wonderfully relaxed days, all year round, when you stay at Lilla Hotellet Ekolsund. The owners Edith and Peter love to be hosts and take care of their guests in the best possible way. Next to that is the passion to grow vegetables and cook good food!
Edith and Peter are real foodies who are always curious about new dishes. They have fallen hopelessly in love with Nordic cuisine and combine it with an Austrian twist. They serve food based on nature and the seasons, which means the dishes change regularly. They use what they grow in their own kitchen garden and use local producers when something is missing. The couple also run Svö Deli.
Lilla Hotellet is 40 square meters in size and can accommodate 2-4 people. You can choose between several different packages, from a basic level to the All Inclusive package. But given the fine food, the tip is to invest in one where the edible is included!
The kitchen garden is grown according to permaculture principles and follows the biological cycle as far as possible. It is Edit and Peter's playground, inspiration, source of life and pantry. Both have a solid background in tourism, customer experience and organic horticulture and the goal is to make visitors happy, full and satisfied!
